Recovering from an injury or just
looking for light activity, this body
friendly class is great for individuals
just starting out. Class is 30 minutes
of light cardio and 30 minutes of flexibility & stretching.

with this introduction to the “vinyasa
flow” style of yoga. Flow gently
through a series of poses, linked to
the breath gradually building to a
more challenging flow with plenty of
opportunity for attention to alignment,
detail and a deep relaxation.

yoga series – a meditative practice
vs. fitness orientation. Emphasis is
on comfort and ease in each pose.
Students who are less strong and
flexible will be instructed in the use of
chairs/yoga blocks to modify poses as
needed. More experienced students
