Participants will need to sign a PEAK liability waiver before class, so arrive early.

NEW! Gentle Fitness
Recovering from an injury or just looking for light activity, this body
friendly class is great for individuals just starting out. Class is 30 minutes
of light cardio and 30 minutes of flexibility & stretching.

Early Morning Cycle
Do you love a good cardio workout early in the morning? This high-energy
class uses stationary bikes to help you build great cardio endurance –
and strengthen your legs! Arrive early to learn how to use the bikes.

This body friendly class provides an overall body workout. Class will focus
on balance, stability & core control while utilizing the BOSU and various
equipment for controlled strength training. Individuals recovering from

lowered its prices and improved the program so people can get Unlimited
Boot Camp classes for one low price!!! The program is now only $99
per month (4 week program) and you can come to as many classes as you want Monday - Saturday. Decreasing body fat, increasing strength and endurance, and enjoying your workout is what this program is all about. A

Gentle Yoga for Everyone
Ages 18 & up
Newcomers and beginning-levels come together in this ongoing
yoga series – a meditative practice vs. fitness orientation. Emphasis is
on comfort and ease in each pose. Students who are less strong and
flexible will be instructed in the use of chairs/yoga blocks to modify poses as needed. More experienced students can forego these yoga aids. Call
