Human Resource Analyst 
(see complete job announcement) This new position was created to develop and oversee a comprehensive Human Resources program for the EDHCSD.  As the only HR position in the district, this position is responsible for all Human Resources functions including recruitment, hiring, training, evaluation, of employees, developing and implementing HR procedures and policies.  Submit district application and resume as specified in the job announcement.
