ADULT SPORTS LEAGUE INFORMATION
Unless otherwise noted, leagues are for ages 18+ and include equipment,
game balls, certified officials, and awards for league champions.
Registraton is on a first come first serve basis
with a limited number of teams per league.
Join a league for great fun and exercise!

Pick from four different leagues
including coed, women’s, men’s and
men’s 35+ leagues. Teams play 8
weeks followed by playoffs for the
top teams in each division. Leagues
are limited in the number of teams
allowed so sign-up early.

This popular adult flag football league
provides the opportunity to refine
your football skills without the contact
of the traditional game. Teams
play eight weeks on Sunday afternoons
at Promontory Community
Park which includes playoffs for the

and enjoyment of both players
and spectators. Each team must have

system. In a multi-leveled class,

in America! Anyone can learn to play
regardless of age or physical ability.
This workshop will cover rules, scoring,
strategy, terminology, court
courtesy and actual playing. Learn
to play in a short time, but enjoy a
lifetime of playing!

Designed for the player who is knowledgeable
of the rules and has played
some bocce, but needs additional instruction
on blocking, lag, bumping,
and shooting (when to and when not
to). Get the big picture on the court
to determine what strategies to use
and how to execute them. Instructor
may also play with students so
as to critique them as well as create
simulated situations to assist them in
becoming decision makers and players.
Court drills may be utilized.

to stay in top shape. A kettlebell
is a cast iron ball with a handle.
Workouts are very effective at
burning body fat and increasing
strength and endurance. You can
expect dramatic results in a short
period of time. This class, offered
by Garage Gym, is appropriate for
women of all fitness levels. Join us
